Collective Enfranchisement

Collective Enfranchisement is the process by which leaseholders come together and support each other in order to acquire the freehold interest in their building.

Our clients inform us that taking the initial steps to commence the process of acquiring the freehold are often the most time consuming and difficult part of the process.  Our team are on hand to help guide you through these initial steps. We can advise and assist on the preparation of participation agreements and other contractual arrangements that help to bind all participating leaseholders together at the outset of the matter.

We also work closely with surveyors who may be able to assist you with your valuation requirements and we can provide an introduction if required.
